These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ontrepreneur services provided by NT Digital Limited Trading As (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Nt Digital Limited”).

We provide a Service to connect Entrepreneurs in New Zealand. The Service enables Entrepreneurs, Businesses to connect, collaborate with other Businesses. Our services are intended to be used for lawful purposes only.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

As a user, you agree to use our services responsibly, to pay for services promptly, and to refrain from sending spam messaging, email promotions. Any marketing messages sent must include opt-out language in accordance with local laws and regulations.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

All contents of our services, including but not limited to the design, text, software, technical drawings, configurations, graphics, other files, and their selection and arrangement are: Copyright © NT Digital Limited Trading as Ontrepreneur, or are the proprietary property of NT Digital Limited’s affiliates or licensors.

7. TERMINATION

Users may terminate their account at any time by logging into our dashboard. Upon termination, users will lose access to any data we’ve collected. We will not sell or share your data after termination. A notice period of 30 Days is required for Termination.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

10. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by email.

13. RESPONSIBILITY

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web host) and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

14. OVERDUE PAYMENT

All payments are overdue 5 days from due date of payment. We reserve the right to suspend any access to any of the plans. This may mean you lose access to your website, data, client information. We accept no responsibility if you lose business, customers, get bad reviews if payments are overdue.

15. PAYMENT

We use Stripe, Paypal as our main payment gateway. Stripe and Ontrepreneur will try its best to secure your payment information. As such, when you sign up, Stripe will automatically deduct the payment amount when the free trial is up. You consent that Stripe make automatic payments on our behalf.

15. REFUND

We do not offer any refund for any of our product and services.

16. MISUSE OF ONTREPRENEUR

I agree that if I misuse any of Ontrepreneur’s products or services, bring dispute to any of the members and staff, harm other members, that I am responsible for any action to the full extent of the New Zealand law. 

17. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Ontrepreneur has the right to terminate any member for any and all product and services, when members are in breached of fair use of our products and services. We reserve the right to terminate any member that have not paid the full amount on the due date.

18. PRICES CHANGES

Ontrepreneur reserve the right to change their prices without notifying customers. This may come up time to time when Ontrepreneur offer discounts, specials, and revert to the normal subscription pricing.
